Chapter Leader
The KoA Chapter Leader rules by what we typically prefer to think of as a Benevolent Dictatorship. He seeks counsel from his High Council on most every issue and ultimately renders a decision. All decisions and rules are borne of this office making it the sole and exclusive member of the legislative branch of affairs.

High Council
The High Council members can be thought of as the chief officers charged with the execution and enforcement of the rules implemented by the Chapter Leader. They also server as counsel to the Chapter Leader.

The Steward is a title bestowed upon a member of the High Council who, in addition to his/her regular duties, is empowered to act on behalf of the Chapter Leader in his absence.

The Lead Recruiter and his/her team of Recruiters are responsible for procuring new, quality members for our ranks. They then track the progress of the newcomers through an Initiation process. In short, they will be watching and listening to the reports of others to ensure that each new member is quickly assimilating to the KoA culture and contributing to the guild.

The Lead Ambassador and his/her team of Ambassadors are responsible for developing relationships with current and potential allies as well as negotiating with enemies.

The Commander is the HC member responsible for coordinating the planned RvR engagements of the guild. He/she appoints his/her own Lt. Generals as officers to mete out instructions from the Commander to the Squad Captains in his/her charge.

The Magistrate is the HC member responsible for mediating conflicts between KoA members and other parties, both internal and external. If a mutually acceptable resolution is not mediated, the Magistrate will bring the issue before the HC who will render a final decision.

Officers
Each Lt. General is appointed by the Commander. They are responsible for leading his/her own Squad (six players) as well as one or more other Squads in completing a particular objective as ordered by the Commander.

Each Squad Captain is appointed by the Chapter Leader and is responsible solely for the actions of his/her six-person combat Squad.

The Night Watch Captain is the senior ranking officer in the field in the absence of the Commander and his Lt. Generals. Typically it is a role of more defensive posture as opposed to offensive.

A Standard Bearer is a chosen KoA member appointed by the Chapter Leader. He/she is charged with the duty of bearing our Tactical Standard into the field of battle.

The Historian is the KoA member chronicling our experiences and conquests throughout our time in Warhammer online to be displayed in the Great Library on our forums.
